For Convocation Accommodation

• • Arrival & Registration: Please report to the Hospitality and Reception Committee Desk at the Old Library Complex upon arrival.
  • Accommodation:

    • Provided from afternoon of 18th July to forenoon of 21st July.
    • Campus stay is for students only.
    • A consolidated payment of INR 600 via UPI is required at the hospitality desk.
  • Gown Collection: Gowns can be collected from the reception desk.
  • Meet-Your-Teacher (MYT) Event:

    • Scheduled for 19th July 2025 at 5:00 PM at LHC.
    • Held after the rehearsal for graduands.
    • A chance to reconnect with faculty and reflect on your academic journey.
  • High Tea on Convocation Day (20th July):

    • You and your parents are invited.
    • Served immediately after the ceremony.
